Learning to play the piano

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

My daughters received a piano keyboard for their birthday this past summer. They have had a lot of fun the past several months playing with it and learning the songs that are built in. It is the version with the light up keys to help them learn some fun songs to get them started and boost their confidence with it.

The next step they need is to learn to read music. This is where the Hoffman Academy comes in.  I received a complementary copy of Complete Piano Lesson Materials for Unit One, but as always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Their lessons are fun and easy to follow. Each lesson takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

My girls have had so much fun completing these lessons. They would remind me to do their lessons, and I here them practicing often.

I would recommend this lesson plan for anyone wanting to learn to play the piano. You learn to play a song in the very first lesson. This is great for motivating them to continue!
