I love coconut oil! I use it all the time. It is perfect for frying eggs and potatoes. My eggs turn out beautiful every time. I am completely sold on this product! I have started using it any time the recipe calls for vegetable oil or shortening with great results. I used it on my hair too. I saturated my hair, and pinned it up for a couple hours before my shower. Then, I washed my hair as normal and dried it. After, my hair felt soft and silky and smelled wonderful!
